This week I feel the small change is something that is crucial for all of us, and that is forgiveness. A lot of people have a hard time forgiving because it may seem that they’re letting the other person off the hook or condoning their behavior, but this is not the case. In fact, when you hold on to anger and resentment the only one this hurts is you. Check out the video above to hear more about the amazing benefits of forgiveness.
This week make a decision to forgive. Besides forgiving a person, you can also forgive a place. one person i know forgave their high school, and another forgave their hometown. you may want to check in with yourself to see if the one you need to forgive is you.
