thMental Clutter can be one of the most distracting types of clutter that keep us from achieving our goals. We fill our days with to do lists and tons of time wasters.

This week go through your planner, calendar, to do lists, and take a good hard look. Are you filling it with things that make you feel you are achieving but then at the end of the day you are still not one step closer to your dream?

Be careful not to get to caught up in the little things and forget about what matters most. I’m not talking about taking time to sniff a flower and enjoy life itself, I’m talking about filling your days with lots of running around, errands, and small tasks. Time does not stop for any of us, so set your values and priorities first.No matter what you want to become and do in life begin now by making room for it in your daily schedule.
