Welcome to “Small Changes for Life.”
After giving seminars on manifesting and creating a life lived from passion and teaching martial arts for over 20 years I decided to write this blog. I’ve noticed more than anything people want to change their life for the better and have great intentions to change but seem to easily fall back into old habits.
So the question became, can people change?
The answer to that is yes.
I’ve watched people over the years go from uncoordinated to coordinated, shy to outgoing, and powerless to dynamic. How is this done? Small steps, one at a time; white to yellow to orange belt and on, not only affecting kung fu but their lives outside of the school as well.
Join me in this year’s journey toward a better self, a better life, and ultimately toward a better world.
Very interested in your martial arts study. I’ve studied for most of my life and still consider it spiritual practice,
Definitely a spiritual practice for me as well, it’s really who I am at this point, next year will be 30 years I absolutely love it and the people who come into our school. Thanks for the comment. 🙂

Hi Susie, thank you so much for nominating me, this is absolutely wonderful, however at this time I have been pondering having my blog become a non-award site. Thank you for your kindness and understanding 🙂
No problem- just to let you know that you are in my thoughts.

Thanks for understanding, you are so kind ❤
